Chiefs meet nemesis Orlando Pirates at FNB Stadium, but there is doubt over the availability of 'Shabba', who picked up an injury in Bafana Bafana's away match against Niger over the weekend.
He will be assessed today to ascertain the seriousness of the injury, which it is feared may rule him out of the clash against Pirates.
Amakhosi coach Vladimir Vermezovic had this to say to the club's website: “I am waiting to see the condition of the players who were away on international duty.
"I heard that Siphiwe is injured and that he will be doubtful for the cup final. We will have a clearer picture on Tuesday as to the extent or seriousness of his injury."
At this stage, the nature of Tshabalala's injury has not been disclosed.
