Letsholonyane last played during the Carling Black Label Cup against Pirates at the same venue in July.
He missed Chiefs' opening games owing to a knee injury.
'Yeye' is feeling confident that his team can walk away as winners on Saturday, and that the fans will forget about the two pre-season games lost to their local rivals.
“As a player [my aspiration] is to see myself lifting that tophy, and it will be better lifting the trophy and beating Orlando Pirates at the same time!
"We lost against them in the pre-season and if we can beat them people will forget about those two games," Letsholonyane says.
