Real Madrid are believed to have made an illegal offer to buy Brazil star Neymar from his club Santos.
But according to Soccernet, Los Blancos will escape punishment over their actions.
A source close to the teenager told Soccernet that Santos would not report Real Madrid to Fifa for tapping Neymar up.
The Brazilian club realise that eventually either Barcelona or Real will buy Neymar, and it seems they don't want to burn their bridges with a potential big-money customer.
