Ronaldinho and Real Madrid defender Marcelo were both on target to rescue Brazil, as they came from behind to beat Mexico in a friendly last night.
Chelsea defender David Luiz gifted Mexico the opening goal as early as the 10th minute, sending a Pablo Barrera cross into the back of his own net.
But soon after the Selecao grabbed control of the game.
They bided their time and enjoyed the bulk of the possession until in the 79th minute, Ronaldinho pounced.
He scored a trademark right-footed free-kick, leaving Mexico 'keeper Oswaldo Sanchez beaten all-ends-up.
It was 'Dinho's first goal for Brazil since October 2007, when he netted in a 5-0 mauling of Ecuador.
Four minutes later, Marcelo sealed the deal, latching on to an assist by Neymar after a dashing run down the left-flank.
Elsewhere, the USA slumped to their third defeat under new boss Jurgen Klinsmann. They lost 1-0 to Ecuador in a friendly in the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey, after shipping a late goal in a match they seemingly bossed.
