Chelsea seal signing of Juan Mata

Chelsea completed the £27 million signing of Spanish international Juan Mata on Wednesday night with another of Andre Villas-Boas’s transfer targets, Alvaro Pereira, having now told his club, Porto, that he wants to leave.
